Product Characteristics

Surface treatment before

Steel

Sand blasting is not lower than sa2.5 level. Manual derusting reach st3 level. No oil, water and soluble salts on the surface. Primer painting should be painted in 4 hours after derusting.

Old ground covered with paint

Completely remove the old paint coating which is loose and incompatible. Use sand-blasting machine or shot blasting machine to roughening the surface. Dust removal and cleaning.

Grease-stained surface

Clean and polish thoroughly. Greasy dirt will influence adhesion of the product.

Concrete

When the concrete curing period expires, base dealing can be started to if the moisture content less than 6%. Smoothing processing should be needed if surface flatness is substandard.

Seal primer

Spray or roll for special sealing primer 1 to 2 times. Repainting time is not less than 4 hours.

Mid-level repair paint

Repair holes and pinholes to avoid pinholes and bubble during spraying.

Surface coating

Use special spraying equipment for polyurea to spray. Thickness of the coating is 1 to 2 mm in each spraying. Material consumption is amount of 1.2 to 2.5 kg/m2. Repainting time is no more than 4 hours.

Execution conditions

Environment temperature range: 5 to 35ºC. The base surface temperature should be higher than the air dew point temperature at least 5ºC. Environment humidity rage: 30 to 80% Atmospheric conditions: Insure that construction site should be dust-free and without strong winds.

Notice: This product should not be used on the site with strong sunlight or strong ultraviolet.

Notice: For reference only, drying time is measured in standard conditions(25ºC, humidity is 60%). In different temperature and humidity, drying rate has different degrees of change. Drying rate also be affected by film thickness, ventilation conditions, type of lower coating and so on.

Packing

HT-7109A in iron drums packaging: 22kg or 220kg;

HT-7109B in iron drums with three outlets packing: 21kg or 210kg


Expiration date

Under the condition of storage, Expiration date of the product in original packaging status is 12 months since the production.


Storage and Transportation

The product should be stored sealed in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area and avoid heat and fire. The environment of the boxcar should be dry, sealing when transporting. The product should be kept stable in the boxcar.


Health and Safety

Please read the instructions and warning signs on the container before use.

The product must be used in well-ventilated conditions. No fire, such as welding, polishing, smoking and other unstated conditions in the construction site. The product does not contain organic solvents, but it still has certain toxicity. Wear a gas mask and other protective gear during construction. Do not inhale paint fog and avoid skin contact paint. If the paint splashed on the skin, rinse with proper cleaning agent, soap and plenty of water. If it gets into your eyes, you should flush with water and find medical treatment immediately. Dry coating is non-toxic in normal construction conditions.
